Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

i just want to ask if i can go to the states still?my husband didnt do my visa and take away my kids on me.his working as a computer engineer here in japan base and we lived here for 6 years and till now i didnt know wer his at and didnt to my visa to go to the states.my visa gonna be end up nxt year of march.what should i do?
