F-3 visas are for Mexican or Canadian Commuter Students, so I'm not certain that is the type of visa you are actually referring to. Do you mean "F-1" student visa?

When you state "My UK visa (was) denied", did the U.S. Embassy in the United Kingdom deny your visa? If so, what type of U.S. visa was denied?

What law were you denied under? Unfortunately, just the section won't help me in answering your question. Was it the U.S. Code? If so, what Title? Was it the Code of Federal Regulations?

Please provide me with more information. Thank you.
