Please don't tell me I have to call attorney, I will after marriage. We would just like to get answers on these question so far.

Thank you.

Re: After wedding

Even though you do not seem to think it is necessary to contact an attorney prior to marrying a US citizen, you should schedule an appointment with an attorney to get the most information you need for your case. If money is your concern, some attorneys do not charge for consultations or charge very litte.

I will be willing to provide you with a consult for an $80 fee, if you like. There are numerous items to consider before you get married.

Re: After wedding

Thank you for your posting.

I am not sure exactly what you are asking, but if you need to know what documents you will need to gather, you can find that information on the www.ins.gov website, as follows:

If you are applying to bring your spouse to the U.S. to live, you will need to file the following with the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service:

Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, with all required documentation

A copy of your birth certificate showing your name, or your U.S. passport

If you are a citizen and were not born in the United States, a copy of either

your Certificate of Naturalization or Citizenship or

your U.S. passport

If you are a lawful permanent resident (LPR), a copy of your alien registration receipt card

Two completed and signed G-325As (one for you and one for your spouse)

A copy of your civil marriage certificate

A copy of any divorce decrees, death certificates, or annulment decrees that would show that any previous marriage entered into by you or your spouse was ended legally

A color photo of you and one of your spouse (see Form I-130 instructions for photo requirements for details).

The remainder of your question, about work and travel back and forth to europe, is impossible to answer with out more information.

I hope this information helps, but if you do have any other questions, want more information regarding any part of my answer, or feel that you need legal representation, please feel free to email me directly at [email protected]. Im happy to help in any way that I can, and best of luck.
