Legal Question in Insurance Law in California
My husb. is a class A truck driver. A year ago he received a ticket, while driving company truck, insurd under company policy. A few days ago, we received a letter from insurance company, our own vehicles are insured with. The letter states, that because of that year old ticket, our insurance premium will be increased. Is it legal?

Of course it is. Insurance premiums are based on how you drive, not what insurance you had covering you when you got your ticket.
