Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California

I paid patent assistance world wide $1,200 for my invention . they didnt patent it ,but the sent me an innovation guideof my invention .They then asked for $9,000 to patent my idea. i decided not to deal with them anymore.Can i legally use the innovation guide to present my idea to companies even though i will not be working with PAWW?

This will depend on what your agreement with PAWW states. I would recommend that you review the provisions of your agreement to see what the terms of use are for the innovation guide.
