Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California

I am writing a book about my experiences in Starbucks and want to use the Starbucks name in the title. It is NOT a book about Starbucks nor is there any mention of Starbucks operating practices, methods, personnel or anything else. It just happens to be the location of my narrative. Can I use the Starbucks name in the title and, if so, what are my legal obligations to fulfill prior to publishing the book? Thanks!

I can't see that it violates any law, at least as you describe it. How many similar books are there, e.g., "Breakfast at Tiffany's?"
