Conflict of interest turn to witness attorney

I see my attorney at alcoholic anonymous meetings and he wants to claim conflict of interest and become my witness. My case is CPS. Can he become my witness?

Re: Conflict of interest turn to witness attorney

You have solved the age-old problem of how to find one's court-appointed panel attorney.

If he wants to quit as your attorney and become your witness, he would have to ask permission from the judge. If you would rather he still be your attorney, maybe you could enlist someone else from your group to be a witness. I don't know what AA rules he might or might not be breaking.

Seems as if AA and juvenile dependency court have the same motto: Keep Coming Back.
