If you comply with all the county has requested, you should be able to re-unify with your kids. The purpose of the juvenile dependency system is to protect kids, so the system will remove kids until the home situation is safe again. You should actively participate in all programs offered you by the CPS. Whether the kids go to you or your husband is another issue relating to custody at divorce. He can not simply take your kids from you for the sole reason you require medication. Thousands of parents are great parents even though they might require medications. Stay with the program, cooperate, and you should not lose your kids just because of your medication issue.
