right to appeal

we had a U.D case and small claims combined in superior court the judge failed to apply the laws in every area as we can prove.bottom line I disagreed with his decision.

can we still appeal even though its after the 30 days? i was pregnant and about to have my baby then I had a c-sec so I couldnt move to well and now its been a few months.

No, unless the amount sued for exceeded $25,000

An appeal from a limited court is 30 days. Normally an appeal from an unlimited court is 60 days or more. You do not indicate what type of superior court case you want to appeal. Please contact our office for consultation and review of your documents. 714 363 0220.
