Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
I am disabled and live in CA. My rental needs to have the carpet replaced and my landlord wants ME to move the furniture. What is the law on this?

There isn't any specific law on this that I know of. It's going to depend on your disability, your lease, etc., as to who would be obligated to move the furniture.
