Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I let some people stay with us bcuz they had lost their home. Or so we thought. They have been here for over 30 days never paid anything. We were having trouble paying elec bill so she put it in her name. They turned out to be scammers. She had legally taken her own mother to court when her mother tried to evict her for trashing rental house, runnng up utilities that her mother was paying. How do I get them out of my house? I have NO money for an attorney

What city are you in? Is it a house or apartment? Did you accept rent from them? Did you sign any type of agreement with them?
