Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I was served an eviction notice the same day When the landlord and I got into an argument.on nov 14 between 4:00 to 5:00 pm i invited a friend of mine to fixed my laptop. While she was working on my laptop I turned my TV on to see what's there to watched,as I turned the channel I landed on the music program to listened to the music instead of watching. When i press the the remote control I accidentally turned the volume up. And all of sudden my landlady started pounding my window hard and walked around the house and went to the door where the kitchen at. When I open the door she got on my face and used profanity language screaming at me, an hour later she served me an eviction notices.
