Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California

I was arrested in 2007 and charged with driving on a suspended license. In the same incident i was also arrested with something in my vehicle which they could charge me with a felony but I was never convicted of the felony and was informed I do not have to disclose the felony arrest to the BBS. I have sent in my application to be an MFTI and now they want the arrest report for that conviction. I do not want them to see what else is on that report and I want to know how I can not disclose it.

You cannot refuse to disclose it if you want to be an MFTI.
