california mechanic lien on my home
a contractor put a lien on my house more than 6 mos ago. I live in CA how can I remove it? AND IS IT VALID?

Re: california mechanic lien on my home Mechanics liens expire if a complaint to forclose the lien is not filed with the court within 60 days. Ask for a release of lien from the contractor or supplier. |
