Legal Question in Mediation in California
I went to doctor - he gave an eye drop with $75.00 bucks
When I got home - I figure out that says on the bottle "sample - not for sale"
Can I sue him
this is second time
I dont have a receipt - I will ask him tomorrow

Was the $75 in addition to the charge for the visit? If so I would ask for your money back first rather than thinking of suing him.
Good luck, and maybe you should consider going to another doctor.
