Read the contract...what did they promise to do for the money?

Does your doctor (MD) give you guarantees when he takes an xray? or checks your heart? or operates on your back?

Promised to help .....what?

You should have made sure they understood that you expected "guaranteed" results....that costs more...and may take longer or more treatments or more pressure....or a far more complicated adjustment that the $4000 treatment...

But you could ask for your money back.

No, you do not have a case based you what you have provided.
