Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

RE: Zyprexa Class Action Suit

My son was killed in 2001. Prior to his death he was taking __________ medication and had all of the symptoms listed for this class action suit and then some. What is the deadline for this suit and or should I seek private counsel? I would be happy to elaborate on the private counsel and possible reason for that use once contacted.
