1. Do not give any statements to insurance adjusters or investigators without first hiring a lawyer;

2. Preserv the shoes you were wearing during the incident by putting them in a plastic bag. DO NOT WIPE THE GREASE OFF.

3. Follow your doctor's directions to the letter.

4. Call anyone of the fine lawyers who replied to you or call me (323)782-0099.

Good Luck and recover fast.

IF there was an unsafe condition maintained by the store that caused your fall, as reported, you certainly have a claim for your damages that could be successful. Continue with any treatment or disability leave ordered by your doctors. Contact me to discuss the facts and your options in this matter. I would be happy to help you.

Re: Cash avilable for accident at Denny's

The vast majority of my cases are slip and fall accidents. I have handled literally hundreds of these types of cases and have sucessfully settled a case against Denny's.

It is very important for you to retain an attorney with regards to this matter because slip and falls are the most difficult personal injury cases to obtain a good settlement or judgment on.

It has been approx. 1 month since your accident, and there are many factors which are too numerous to list here, which could affect your case. You may call me on my cell phone this weekend at 88-427-6246 and I will give you a free consultation. If you decide to retain me, there will be no charge to you unless we recover on your behalf. Give me a call and lets talk about your case.

You don't give a zip code so I have no idea where you are located geographically. Contact a personal injury lawyer on this website or from some other source and let the lawyer evaluate the case. I doesn't cost you anything.

You very well may have a case. In fact, if Denny's knew about this problem, they may be subject to punitive damages.
