Everything, can i fight rental car agency on the airbags & brakes? Can they sue me if i do not make payments to them quick enough?

Unless you can show fault not your own, you are responsible for damage to car, etc., etc. Will take some work and time is critical to allow expert to look at car brakes, etc. Call to discuss. 800-685-6950

Of course they can sue you, but a better question is whether they can win. If you can show that the accident was caused by their own faulty maintenance of the brakes, then you should win. Proving this will probably be difficult and expensive (you will need expert testimony), and you may end up losing.

Also, the fact that the airbags did not deploy probably has nothing to do with who caused the accident. After all, airbags are triggered after the impact and not before. But if you were injured in the crash, you can sue for your injuries. If nothing else, your pending suit will give you some additional leverage in dealing with theirs.
