Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I fell and hurt my leg because where i live isnt lit up at night its pitch black. The asphalt was damaged , (pics). and i really took a fall. I informed the manager. Ignored me, but sent someone out to fix the asphalt. I sent the mgr pics of my bruising and told them my leg is getting worse, ignored. I didnt see a dr because i figured it would start feeing better in a couple weeks. Its become more and more painful. Since Covid, Im terrified of hospitals and icky drs offices because of the germs and all the secondary illness' that people get. Should I hire an attorney? I have email mssgs when I informed them, photos of my injury, the before and after repairing it, photos showing no lights after sundown, etc.

Thank you.

Yes, you can consult with a personal injury attorney, but be prepared. He will require you to provide him evidence and proof that your fall was caused by a 'dangerous condition' not simply your inattention or negligence, AND doctors' reports showing evidence of your medical complaints and condition immediately after and 'caused by' the fall, AND doctors' reports specifying any permanent or long term disabilities and expected medical costs, AND all your medical treatment bills incurred, AND any evidence of loss of earnings 'because of' the fall.

Since you never treated with 'icky drs' you apparently don't have evidence of any of those requirements.
