how do you find out status of your juvenile trust acct set up as the result of bike injury case settlement in Los Angeles Cty.

Contact the account trustee [usually the parent or guardian that handled the case] and/or the bank, to obtain a current bank statement. If you find improprieties, like missing money, or if they refuse you access to statements or fail to provide info, then feel free to contact me for legal help. You are entitled to get the trust money when you turn 18 generally. You'll need a court release order for that.
