Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I was rear ended. No serious injuries but soar. I took one day off because of pain and another to see my doctor. Am I legally entitled to compensation for those days missed at work and entitled to any compensation for pain and suffering?

Yes, you are entitled to both, but actually getting the fair value for your claim is not so easy. Your pain and suffering will be measured according to how much medical attention you require. Therefore, if you don't get physical therapy or chiropractic because you're concerned about the cost, you're only saving money for the insurance company! It's usually best to have an attorney, even for a relatively small case. If you'd like to talk with me in more detail, go ahead and call (877) LION FOR LAW (546-6367)

You are 'legally entitled' if you win a lawsuit or achieve a successful negotiated settlement with them. Those are the only ways you are going to see any money.
