Slander by press impacts minor children

My ex-husband, MBA with 17 yr profession, substance abuse problem which resulted in our divorce '97. An awful slide occurred and he brutally killed someone apparently-charged reduced to manslaughter on 5/29/99 Together we have middle school and HS aged daughters and the lcoal press has taken non-factual info and made a tragedy worse. The DA had trouble with motive so they made up a gay sado-masochistic scene that cannot be substantiated & reported as fact in press

The children dont have an action based on a slander against the father and the chance of a "brutal" killer recovering anything for being called a fag is about as close to zero as it gets.
