Soup

My grandma bought a can of soup, well the can had a rock in it and it chipped her tooth. She called them and told them and provided all the proof, and they are now offering $200 dollars, what should she do?

If your grandmother can prove that there was a rock in the soup, such as with witnesses or otherwise, she may have a right to all of her damages. How much does it cost to repair a tooth, and how much pain and suffering did she experience? Let me know, and maybe I can write a letter asking for more if you contact my office.
