Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I took my boat to a boat broker to sell on consignment. He sold the boat and did not tell me, and now there is another person besides myself that is making payments on the same boat, through 2 different lenders.

How can I get my boat back? Broker won't pay, and the other lender isn't budging. What can I do? Did this other lender mess up when they wrote a loan on a boat that already had a lien on it?

If you already tried informally resolving it and demanding they comply, the only realistic option you have left is to file suit against the parties involved, seeking a court order for an appropriate remedy, either reimbursement to you, or return of the boat. If serious about hiring counsel to help you, feel free to contact me.
