cheated siblings out of money
sister bought house from grandma and bought out other siblings per grandma's wishes. bad sister misrepresented value of home by 50% and divided that amount among the siblings. she then put home in husband's name only. grandma was forced to sign over equity to bad sister. can she be sued?

The law always provides a remedy for fraud. However, someone must file a suit and serve it on the cheater, and the suit must be carefully prepared to include all facts which can and must be proven.
