Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

If I entered into an exclusive agency contract with a realtor, but I found a buyer myself within the period of the contract, do I owe my realtor his commission? I live in California

More than likely you will have to pay the realtor's commission. Take a look at your agreement and see what you agreed to.
