I recieved a 3 day pay or quit from my landlord.How long do I have before I have to leave ?

You can easily drag it out for a couple of months, even if you do nothing at all, you have at least two weeks. See caltenantlaw.com

You have three days to leave the property if you don't pay the rent. Its impossible to say how long you might have if you elect not to move in the three days, and/or pay the rent - it depends upon a ton of factors, and personally, I think its irresponsbile for an attorney to in any way coach people on how to abuse legal process to stay in a property illegally. Good luck, but I'd move or start moving now, or pay your rent.
