want to file civil complaint in federal court, that is currently in superior court. please give explanation or best possible solution.....am in Pro Per

Why would you think the federal court has jurisdiction of a case that was already filed in state court? First of all, only defendants normally can remove cases filed first in state court to federal court. You seem to be the plaintiff. Secondly, federal courts only have jurisdiction of cases with state-law issues over $75,000 in controversy and between citizens of different states. Or, if the cases deals strictly with federal issues.
