hi,

i got rental scammed and i wire transfer 3000 to the claimed landlord. i have the landlord's address, bank info, the so called sublessor's phone and name. what should i do? thank you

Sounds to me like something that should be reported to the police. That, however, may be only a starting point. In too many locations, the police have their hands full with violent crimes and can't spare any resources to go after minor-league scamsters. If you know the identity and location of the person, you might consider a small-claims action.
