Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
My house window was broken by a golf ball. I was told to summit a claim with city of San Jose. office of the city attorney rejected my claim. what should I do next?

I'd start out by talking to an attorney near you today. I have no idea why the City of San Jose would be responsible for someone else's golf ball. I personally am a horrendous golfer, and have been thrown off of courses, but that's not the City of San Jose's fault.

replace the window. Unless you know exactly who did it, so you could bring a small claims action against them, no one else is responsible for this.
