Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

My husband is in jail and i am in the process of buying a home , i need help on singing some documents from the leanders, his name wont be on the deed and i am having trouble having these documents signed please help!

If he is OK with it, you're going to have to coordinate with the Sheriff's department to have him sign and notarize the documents. Have you talked to the Sheriff's Department that handles inmate custody?
