You did not say that your offer was "accepted," and so I have to assume that the Sellers and the Bank elected to accept the lesser offer for a variety of reasons - it may have been made prior to yours, and accepted by the bank, it may have been an all-cash offer, where yours may have been financed. There are a multitude of reasons an offer might not be preferable even through the total dollars offered are less. If your offer was not accepted in writing, then the Sellers have done nothing wrong. You may wish to have the purchase documents reviewed by an attorney to determine what actually happened, and if you have any standing to pursue damages for the sale to another party.

If your written offer was properly 'accepted' in writing by the seller, then you may have a contract breach claim to enforce through specific performance.
