Re: Notice to Quit

In 3 days after that notice is properly served, an unlawful detainer may be filed, and if you do not respond in 5 days to that, you will be in default and the process to get judgment, writ of possession, and removal by the sheriff will be not long after.

Your option to have more time is to hire an attorney like myself to file an answer to the unlawful detainer complaint. Please let me know if you want my help.
