I don't see a question here. If the question is, "Can someone buy real estate without the help of a buyer's agent?" the answer is yes, it's done all the time. If the question is "Should someone buy real estate without the help of a buyer's agent?" the answer is not unless you're very experienced, and even then there isn't much reason not to use an agent because in most deals it won't cost a penny more and it is someone else to rely upon to handle the details and look for problems on your behalf.
