Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Here is my problem. I am a business owner in Studio City, CA. We have a 3 yr lease. We have been at this location since June 2012. We just got sent a letter from the management company saying we owe $8958.46 in a "CAM Recovery." Mean while we have been paying CAM Charges. Out lease says they can not raise our CAM charge more than 3% a year. Is this legal?

You need to review your lease, the Cam recovery statement and request for the details on the CAM costs. Compare how they are charging you with what is states they are allowed to charge.
