Legal Question
responsibilites of landlord
is the landlord responsible for providing
windowscreens, and for repairing wooden
walkways on property (damaged by weather over
the course of last two years), and replacement of
kitchenfloor (tiles falling of, very old, molding)?
who is reponsible for providing paint for keeping
up the outside (coming off everywhere)?
