Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

In a unlawful detainer on real property where there is pending action for wrongful foreclosure against creditor/plaintiff, and judgment is entered against defendant/deptor, and defendant/deptor, receives an eviction and law enforcement show to deliver posession to creditor/plaintiff, but the judgment creditor/plaintiff, does not show, what is most likely their next course of action/ is there anything the deptor can do?
