yes, your boyfriend should put his complaints in writing with his boss' supervisor and/or human resources department to have his complaints on record and the company on notice that it needs to make the sexual harassment/discrimination cease and desist immediately or be slapped with a huge lawsuit. if your b/f has already made formal written complaints, he may want to contact me asap for more legal assistance in this area. Thanks for your posting.

I think what you've described is more in the nature of a hostile work environment, than pure sexual harassment, but counsel Torrey's advice to document everything is always good. Make sure that this woman's supervisors know about this, directly or indirectly, and that will also help your cause in the future.

I hope that this information helps, but if you have other questions, need more information, or feel that you need legal representation, please feel free to contact me directly at [email protected]. Im happy to help if I can.

Under the circumstances, your boyfiend should look into the harrassment policy and reporting procedures for the company. He should make a complaint. If there is no adequate procedure in place, the company may have liability. If after this there is no resolution, then he should consult an attorney to look into filing a complaint. If you are in the area, please contact our office for further consultation.
