Legal Question
A mechanic at a smog check station propositioned me for sex in exchange for waiving the test fee. He asked if I was a good or bad girl and if I wanted to have a quickie. When I refused he asked if it would make a difference if he didnt charge me. I was shocked and upset. Who should I report this to? .By the way...my car failed the test
