Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

Is any out there representing the Employer

I am faced with a bogus Sexual Harrassment Law suit and I am told even though I should win I would ''lose'' because it cost more money for my attorney than it would be to pay off the accuser. And if I lost I would have to pay damages and the accuser's attorney. Doesn't sound fair to me.

There are many defenses to such allegatons. Don't concede as then you will be an easy target in the future for similar charges. Call md directly at 16192223504.
