Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

sexual harassement at middle school

My son (13) has been accused of sexual harassement. Currently they are doing an informal investigation at the school with the assistance of a police officer.

How/What is the best way to defend our son and/or prepare to handle this; considering they have requested the assistance of the police department?

the best way to handle it is not to allow your son to be interviewed by the police. they are not there to help him. I would get a local attorney to represent your son. This could get real serious.
