Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

Sexual Harassment, grounds for termination?

A co-worker wanted to go out and I went to hotel room to talk to her. First time she let me in and we talked and is stated i would be back to get her. I went back 30 minutes later and she stated that she cant go because she doesn't look good and is not dressed right, only in sweats. She was laughing and smiling and saying she is not dressed well so i said come on lets go and i grabbed her arm from the wrist in a friendly way and she followed me, down the elevator and out to my Truck as well. At the truck I asked her where she wants to go and before she sat inside she said '' I cant go, ''John'' I have not showered and not dressed correctly, Seriously'' So i said ok go ahead and go up and get ready then call me and i'll come get you. She texted me later she would not be able to come and I did not reply. I ended up calling her on accident @ 3am when I was out and when she picked up i said ''oh sally, its me john and...;'' then she hung up and i tried calling back 3 times to apologize because i wasn't trying to call her. The next day i get a call that there is an investigation started and i will have a meeting with big wigs. She never said ''John I do not want to, or Stop!'' I have texts stating that she wants to go out. plz guide
