Legal Question in Social Security Law in California

I am on Social Security Disability and my parents left me their house in a Living Trust. Both my parents have passed and I am in the process of selling the house. Since there was Reverse Mortgage on the house, there is not going to be very much money left over after the sale. I am expecting approximately $12 to $16 thousand dollars after the house is sold. Will my Social Security Disability be affected when the house is finally sold?
