speeding in a constuction zone
i have to go to court soon for dui and speeding in a constuction zone. i was doing 78, the max speed was 55 and the safe speed was 35 but no one was working at the time. am i looking at jail time?

There will be some jail time for the dui. Generally this can be done on weekends. Speeding generally is only a fine.
