Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

I got a speeding ticket on SR 58, CA near exit 168. the ticket says to appear at Mojave superior cuourt, CA. In my case, where can i find the traffic survey report so that I can find out if I could try to claim that this could be a case of speed trap?

I have been practicing 30 years, 12 years as a traffic court judge. There are many ins and outs, of "speed trap" laws, such as where they do apply? You don't mention if this was radar. The survey should be at the County Seat city hall, but good luck litigating a speed trap case yourself.
