Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
She u-turned from a parked posistion right in front of me, if i was speeding, ca
The lady was parked and was pulling out to drive
in the opposite direction of me, I hit her in the
driver side door. Will they be able to tell if i was
speeding? im not sure if i was or not. Was it her
fault anyways? What do I do next?

it is her fault unless she can prove you were speeding.
