Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Adverse Possession In California's Probate?

2 questions please...

[1]...Has anyone ever filed and legally obtained their rights to title through ''ADVERSE POSSESSION'' while in Probate?

[2]...How do you research/look up written/recorded ''TORTS''...to use the information for simularities and also for possibly own case?

Thank-You!

Regarding the adverse possession claim, I'm not familiar with such an action but I believe that you could assert such a claim (depending on the probate proceeding). With respect to researching torts, you might want to go to a local law library and find Witkin, Summary of California Law, which has two volumes on torts.

Number one, yes. No. 2, I don't understand in anyway and all. It needs to be clarified and most importantly specify exactly why you're asking that question what you want to do or which want to accomplish. By the way adverse possession is not an easy claim to prove and be successful in getting a judgment in any court in California. It doesn't matter whether its probate, or "regular".I have practiced law in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 30 years in this specialty if you wish to contact me please feel free to call me at 925 -- 945 -- 6000.
