You are not entitled to either unless the person making the will and trust has died. You don't provide any information as to where you are in the process. If they are still alive, you have no right to see their estate planning documents simply because you are a beneficiary.

Is the creator of the will and trust deceased? If the person is still alive, you are not entitled to a copy. If the person is deceased, you are entitled to a copy and you simply need to ask the executor/trustee for a copy. If they refuse to provide a copy, you will need to hire a probate litigation attorney to request a court order.
