Suggest you need a meeting with your lawyer to draft the necessary document canceling your agreement, particularly since your parents state the stipulation doesn't meet their needs. The parents lawyer could have the parents sign a revocation of the durable power of attorney, thereby nullifying the stipulation you signed with your brother.
